Cemal Cem Işık

Vice President

After graduating from the Middle East Technical University Department of Geological Engineering, Işık completed an Executive MBA at Sabancı University. In his 22-year professional career, he has held senior roles in various retail companies, first in the United States and then in Turkey. From 2020 to 2022, Işık successfully served as our General Manager and continued to support our company as an Executive and Board Advisor throughout 2023. As of August 2023, he has rejoined the Madame Coco team.

Ahmet Ervent Dalağan

Chief Financial Officer

Graduating from the Middle East Technical University Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Dalağan began his career in 2005. Throughout his career, he has held various senior roles at LAV, Tesco, and the Migros Group. Most recently, Dalağan served as the Deputy General Manager of Finance at MoneyPay Payment and Electronic Money Services Inc., a subsidiary of Migros Ticaret A.Ş. As of August 2023, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Akşın Güngör

Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer

After graduating from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a degree in Economics and International Relations, Güngör successfully completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University in 2008. Güngör began his career in 1998 and has held various senior roles at Koç, Sabancı, Mudo, Kopas Kozmetik, and Divan throughout his career. Most recently, Güngör served successfully as the "Marketing Director" at Farmasi Global. As of March 2023, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Erkut Gündüz

Chief E-Commerce Officer

Graduating from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Economics, Gündüz successfully completed the Executive Development Program (Turquality) at Koç University and then an MBA program at Istanbul University. Gündüz began his career in 2004 and has been responsible for managing various processes at companies such as Eurotex, A&Y Marka, Boyner, Teknosa, MediaMarkt, and Chalhoub Group. Most recently, Gündüz successfully served as the "E-Commerce and OmniChannel Director" at Samsung. As of October 2021, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Ersa Saman

Chief Human Resources

Graduating from Çukurova University with a degree in Tourism Management and Hotel Administration, Saman began his career in 1994. Saman has been responsible for managing various processes in the Human Resources Departments of different brands and groups within Hilton. Most recently, Saman successfully served as the "Country Human Resources Director" at Hilton. As of September 2022, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Serdar Akpapuk

Vice President of Information Technologies

Graduating from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Mathematical Engineering, Akpapuk began his career in 1999 at EGSBank as a "System Analyst." He later took on responsibilities for managing various processes such as Software Development, Oracle Development, System Development, and Big Data at companies like Deniz Harp Okulu, U&G Consulting, Tepum, Allianz Turkey, Infina, Johnson Controls, Teknosa, and ERGO Turkey. Most recently, Akpapuk successfully served as the "IT Director" at ATP. As of December 2021, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Ali Erkan Bekar

Global Category Director

Graduating from Bursa Uludağ University with a degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering, Bekar began his career in 1997. Throughout his career, Bekar has been responsible for managing various processes at companies like IKEA, Tesco, and various firms in the textile industry. From 2020 to 2023, Bekar successfully served as Category Coordinator in our company, and as of August 2023, he has been appointed to our Global Category Director position.

Erdinç Kurtul

Director of Renting Department

After completing the Import and Export Associate Degree Program at Istanbul University, Kurtul graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing various processes at companies such as Wimpy International, Çelebi Holding, Tansaş, and GNC. Most recently, Kurtul served as Regional Manager and then Sales Manager at Teknosa, and from 2014 to 2021, he successfully held the position of "Investment and Lease Management Manager." As of August 2021, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Oğuzhan Güven

Internal Audit Director

Graduating from the Business Administration Department of Haliç University, Güven successfully completed the Accounting and Auditing Master's Program at Istanbul Commerce University. Beginning his career in 2010, Güven has been responsible for audit processes at companies such as Uyum Gıda and Bilkent Kültür Girişimi. Most recently, Güven successfully served as the "Internal Audit Manager" at Ayakkabı Dünyası. As of September 2019, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Taner Turan

Software Development Director

Graduating from the Computer Programming Department at Gazi University and the Computer and Control Teaching Department at Marmara University, Turan began his career in 2007. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing and overseeing many processes such as ERP and Software Development at İpekyol, Boyner, and Yargıcı. Most recently, Turan successfully served as the Information Technology Manager at Yargıcı. As of March 2022, he has joined the Madame Coco team.

Volkan Üzüm

International Sales Director

Graduating from the Business Administration Department at Anadolu University, Üzüm successfully completed the Global Marketing Master's Program at Marmara University. Beginning his career in 2005, Üzüm has been responsible for various processes such as sales and retail management at Akyiğit Mağazacılık and MİB Mağazacılık. Most recently, Üzüm successfully served as the "International Sales Manager" at Batik. As of December 2016, he has joined the Madame Coco team.
